People often wonder if growing taller is really possible and even if it’s possible how much height one could actually achieve especially after you have already attended puberty. It is very much possible and within your reach to increase your height by a few inches and thus to grow taller by 2 to 4 inches. Most people who would like to say height is not an important factor in life, are either of average height or taller.
Most of those children who are said to be short do not have a serious growth problem - they continue to grow taller by about 2 inches every year up to early adolescence when sex hormones contribute to an even faster growth rate. Some other exercises :
- Sit down on the ground with your knees stretched. Try to reach for the toe of feet. Now try to bring down your head and touch the knee.
- Stand up facing the wall. Extend your arms upwards and raise your heels as far as possible and standing on your toes. These kind of stretching exercises help a lot to grow tall.
In a nutshell, these are some of the methods to grow tall. Though every man is genetically determined what would be his height to get the full potential increment it is always advisable to do some exercises.
